Threaded plug providing access for rodding and unblocking drainage pipes post-installation.

Balances air pressure in drain stacks by admitting air — prevents vacuum siphonage and gurgling.

Seals the open end of a pipe for pressure testing or permanent pipe termination.

4-way junction fitting — splits flow into two perpendicular branches simultaneously.

Multi-inlet floor drain unit collecting surface water and routing it into the drainage stack.

Underground access box with removable lid for inspection, cleaning, and junction management.
Unplasticized PVC pipes for drinking water, irrigation, cable protection, wells, and gravity drainage — conforming to Egyptian, DIN, British, and International standards.

Rubber-ring socket 90° elbow for underground drainage pipe direction changes.

Three-socket junction for branch connections in underground drainage and sewer networks.

Inspection plug for drainage network access — twist-off cap for rodding and clearing blockages.
Polypropylene Random Copolymer — the modern standard for hot and cold water in residential, commercial and industrial plumbing. PN10 to PN25 pressure classes with UV-resistant variants.
Cold water. 10 bar at 20°C.
Hot & cold. 16 bar at 20°C.
High-pressure hot. 20 bar at 20°C.
Max pressure. 25 bar at 20°C.
UV-stabilized for outdoor use.
High-pressure outdoor grade.

Wall-plate elbow with brass female insert — connects PPR pipe to wall-mounted tap or shower outlet.

Changes pipe direction by 90°. Both socket ends — heat fusion for fully leak-proof joints.

Gradual 45° direction change. Heat-fused socket ends for complete water-tight seal.

Three equal socket tee — divides or combines flow. All ends heat-fused for permanent seal.

Two main-line sockets + one smaller branch. For multi-diameter hot/cold plumbing networks.

Joins two PPR pipes of the same diameter. Standard heat fusion coupling for extensions.

Joins two pipes of different diameters — socket fusion for leak-proof seal at every size.

Connects PPR to female-threaded metal fittings. Brass male insert with heat fusion socket end.

Connects PPR pipe to male-threaded fitting at 90° angle. Brass female insert.

Connects PPR to metal with union nut — allows disconnection for future maintenance.

Allows one pipe to cross over another without cutting — essential for compact plumbing layouts.

Permanently seals the open end of a PPR pipe by heat fusion. Used for testing and termination.

Controls water flow with 90° handle rotation. Both socket ends — fully integrated in PPR system.

Distributes water from main supply to multiple branch lines — ideal for bathroom/kitchen layouts.

In-wall shutoff valve for showers and faucets — flush with tile surface for clean finish.

Wall or surface mounting bracket for securing PPR pipes. Prevents vibration and pipe movement.
Every pipe we manufacture is engineered to outperform — combining advanced raw materials, precision manufacturing, and decades of expertise.
High resistance to static backfill loads and dynamic pressures — engineered for underground and high-stress installations.
Excellent resistance against acids and aggressive drainage water. Unaffected by salt, chlorinated or fluorinated water.
Volume resistivity >10¹⁴ Ω·cm — ideal for cable protection and environments requiring no galvanic corrosion.
Mirror-smooth inner surface — zero flow loss, minimises deposit build-up and reduces energy consumption.
Self-extinguishing — flames unable to travel along pipe in fire conditions. Safer for building installations.
Quick and easy using solvent cement, threading, or rubber ring joints. Can be cut and repaired with minimum cost.
Lighter than traditional cast iron — saving on manpower, handling, and installation costs significantly.
Service life extending over 50+ years under normal conditions — verified by international standards testing.
Does not affect the taste, smell, or colour of water — and does not react with any liquid to cause precipitation.

Shield Pipe products are manufactured and tested to meet Egyptian, European, British, American, and International standards.
Shield Pipe systems are designed for ease of installation. Follow these proven guidelines for long-lasting, leak-free performance.
Clean joint area. Verify correct ring position in socket. Apply lubricant on spigot tip only (not directly on ring). Insert spigot fully to marked depth. Inspect after jointing.
Cut pipe square and chamfer edge. Clean both spigot and socket thoroughly. Apply solvent cement uniformly on both surfaces. Insert spigot and rotate slightly, hold firm. Allow 24 hours curing before pressure testing.
Minimum 15 cm fine sand at trench bottom. Side clearance: 30–15 cm in normal soil, up to 30 cm in rocky soils. Never lay pipes directly on hard soil or rocks.
Normal soil: 60 cm min (non-traffic), 90 cm (traffic). Sandy soil: 80 cm. Clay soil: 80–60 cm. Rocky soil: 100–80 cm (non-traffic), 120–100 cm (traffic).
Pipes remain undisturbed for 10–15 minutes after jointing for initial setting. Allow at least 4 hours before backfilling to ensure joint integrity and avoid damage.
Use calibrated welding tool at correct temperature. Insert pipe and fitting simultaneously for specified heating time. Join immediately with firm push — hold for cooling period without rotating or moving.

When installing pipes adjacent to existing buildings, maintain a minimum clearance of 30 cm. When the system is correctly designed and installed with Shield Pipe quality products, the network requires minimal maintenance over its entire service life.
